Shaping Policy and Strategy

We regularly liaise with decision makers and partners at a regional level to discuss and debate policy, partnership and programs. If you'd like to contribute your thoughts to this process please contact Abi Patience, Regional Policy Officer on 07751 809 611.

Consultations we are coordinating

The Government is proposing to change the National Lottery funding arrangements, reducing the proportion allocated to the Big Lottery Fund (BIG), but requiring all BIG funding to go to the VCS. We would appreciate it if you could email us your response to the following two questions to help shape our response to this consultation.
  • What would be the practical implications of receiving less funding for your organisation and beneficiaries?
  • What might the impact be of this change on particular groups of people that you work with?

For more information, our briefing document explains the current situation, proposed changes and how this could affect your funding. Please email us your answers by Thursday 22nd July 2010
