Networking and Representation

COVER believes in a strong and independent voluntary and community sector. One of the main areas of our work lies in networking with key players in the sector and the region, and representing the sector in all our discussions as well as on key forums and committees across the region. Where appropriate we will provide formal written input to consultation processes, contribute to agenda items and reports, and act as a sounding board for ideas which will affect the sector.

This section of our website includes:

• Information about our work influencing regional agendas 
• Examples of how we help shape policy and strategy that affects the sector, including responses we have written to national and regional consultations
• A page on one of the primary third sector networks in the region, the Eastern Region Infrastructure Network (ERIN)
• Contact details for each of the subregional consortia, which come together as Regional Infrastructure Services East (RISE)
