Facilities

COVER has two meeting rooms available for hire at our central location near Little Chesterford in Cambridgeshire. The board room seats up to 22 people and is fully equipped with projection facilities. Lunches and other refreshments can be arranged on request for an additional charge. The smaller meeting room seats up to eight people and can be used for smaller, more informal meetings. Click here to view our meeting room hire rates.

We are able to consider hot desk requests for individuals working away from their organisation's main office. Hot desks come with all computer equipment (if required) and use of the general office facilities.
